A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience spanning specialty ingredients, biotechnology, and life sciences, He brings a rare combination of technical depth, commercial acumen, and established industry relationships to the Axitech leadership team.
Jason ‘s career spans some of the most respected organizations in the personal care and specialty chemicals sectors - including Dow, Elementis, Innophos, Kemin, and most recently as U.S. business leader for HTL Biotechnology's recombinant collagen and biopolymer platform. Throughout his career he has consistently focused on commercial scale-up, strategic partnerships, and the translation of emerging science into formulation-ready solutions. In his role as President of Axitech, O'Neill will lead the company's commercial strategy, business development, and customer partnerships - expanding Axitech's reach across the personal care and cosmetics industry and accelerating the introduction of high-performance, scientifically substantiated ingredients to our global partners.
